Public Welfare Activity
During the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, the Group opened its independently developed Neusoft MOOC platform, Neusoft Course Practice platform, and Neusoft Software Project Development Practice platform to domestic universities for free, with approximately 300 institutions and 87,000 people using them. That year, Neusoft Education & Technology Group was recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as one of the country's first 54 online platform providers for vocational skill training during the epidemic, providing remote vocational skill training for over 260 enterprises and nearly 10,000 employees. Chairman Liu Jiren was selected as one of the "100 Outstanding Private Economy Figures in the Fight against COVID-19" jointly launched by the Central United Front Work Department, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. President Wen Tao was awarded the "Outstanding Contributor to Online Education Development in 2020" title by the China Information Association. Neusoft Education & Technology Group won the "Social Responsibility Excellence Award" in the 2021 ESG Pioneer 60 annual awards organized by Shanghai Media Group's Interface.
"Pomegranate Seed Family - Build Dreams together • Lianshan Sea" Naqu City primary school summer camp and social practice activities
In August 2024, the Continuing Education Department of the Group and Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information successfully organized the summer camp and social practice activities for primary school students in Nagu City "Pomegranate Seed Family - Building Dreams Together • Lianshanhai". The activities include research practice, learning exchange, red education, pair exchange, etc. The students went to Shenyang, Dalian and other places, visited museums, science and technology museums, and learned about the history, culture and social development of the northeast region.
Launched a free online programming learning platform
In October 2024, the free online programming learning platform - Mcode Public welfare Project, jointly created by Neusoft University of Chengdu and Macao Early Creation Think Tank Association, was successfully launched in Macao. The project adheres to the purpose of "digital intelligence empowering education, innovative service to society", and is committed to promoting the popularization of programming skills for all people, providing high-quality educational resources and learning opportunities to help people adapt to the future society and cope with the rapid changes in entrepreneurship, employment and life in the future.
Volunteers helped the event to be held successfully
In May 2024, on the occasion of the May 4th Youth Day, the taekwondo arena of Nanhai Sports Center in Foshan City was bustling. In order to better assist the development of the event, Guangdong Neusoft Youth Volunteers Association was invited by Foshan Nanhai High-tech Zone Taekwondo Association to mobilize 150 volunteers to assist the venue and help the successful holding of the event. This volunteer service activity fully demonstrated the image of the youth and vitality of the South China Sea volunteers, and was widely praised by all walks of life.
